Madison had no intention of going to college. She was extremely introverted and didn't like idea of studying in the college culture. She was interested in the medical field. Most people believe you need a college degree up front to get a job
She developed skills with The INDUSTRY and got an entry level job at a local nursing home. As she used her skills to develop a strong reputation, she was offered raises and promotions and she saw an area of interest while working there.
She took our advice to ask what it would take to get that position. She was told it would take a 2 year associates. They told her they would pay for her education. Now, she had a good paying job, a free college education, along with an even clearer idea of what she wanted to do with her life.
It is her intention to continue moving forward in this way. We're all very excited abut her future!
Skills get jobs and possibly a FREE college degree, and a raise.
